Typography

We use Ataccama Sans and Ataccama Mono—custom configurations of the high-quality and widely trusted open-source typefaces Inter and JetBrains Mono—for all in-product text.

  • Ataccama Sans is used for most content.
  • Ataccama Mono is used for sample data, masks, code, and similar elements.

The type scale follows a minor third ratio (1.2×), balancing readability with screen space in data-heavy interfaces. Line height is set to 1.4× the font size; paragraph spacing is 0.5× line height. All values align to a 4pt grid. Expand the table below to see details on text styles and their associated colors.

Use it to highlight a specific part of descriptive details to support an essential element.
number
Use it for displaying numerical values in tables or lists, where we want to allow users easy comparison and scanning of the values. NOTE: You might need to align the text to right, which is context dependent and not set by Flamingo.

  • Slashed zero (zero)
